Andrew D. Basiago is a lawyer and writer in Vancouver, Wash. who says that he served in a secret U.S. government project called Project Pegasus that involved interplanetary teleportation and time travel. He claims he was identified as an "indigo" child with special abilities and was part of a group of children that included President Barack Obama that to places like Mars. He also describes a time when he had an opportunity to attend the Gettysburg Address, he but left before being able to see the event.
Facebook pages and articles, as well as a hoax YouTube video, say that he will be running for president in this year's election.
